Ronaldo Luis Vaz de Arruda Silveira – technical director: Forest engineer graduated from ESALQ/USP where he undertook his Master’s and Ph.D. studies in Soil Science and Nutrition under the guidance of Professor Malavolta. For 29 years, he has been working on the field of research development, innovations and consulting for reforesting companies specialized in seedling production, nutrition and forest fertilization. He works as a consultant for multiple forestry companies, having carried out projects in Chile, China, Colombia, Portugal, Uruguay, and Brazil.

 

 

 

Marta Regina Almeida Muniz – Administrative Director – graduated in Forest Engineering from the Superior School of Agriculture “Luiz de Queiroz” – University of São Paulo (USP). She undertook her Master’s and Ph.D..in Plant Biology (Forest Dynamics) from the Campinas Estate University (UNICAMP). At RR Agroflorestal, she worked in cacao production within agroforestry systems (AFS). She is currently working on the administrative and financial sector.

 

 

 

 

Aline Pereira Barbosa – Administrative Manager – graduated in Business Administration from Anhanguera Educational College and initiated her trajectory at RR Agroflorestal as a Young Apprentice, through the Guarda Mirim of Piracicaba (SP). Since 2006, she has built a solid career at the company, taking on overall administrative management and responsibility for the financial, commercial, communication, marketing and events organization areas. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Agribusiness with the goal of deepening sector and knowledge and enhancing strategic competencies.

 

 

 

Allan Camatta Mônico: Biologist graduated from St. Francis of Assis Higher Education Institution. He undertook his Master’s and Ph.D. studies at ESALQ/USP. He has been working as a technical advisor at RR Agroflorestal for 15 years, developing research projects and providing guidance on management, structure, and nutrition for the production of forest seedlings in nurseries across different regions of Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia and Angola.

 

 

 

 

Felipe Atehortua Espinosa: Agronomic engineer graduated from the University of Córdoba – Colombia, in 2006. He has an MBA in agribusiness and specialized in soil management in the Superior School of Agriculture “Luiz de Queiroz” – University of São Paulo (USP). He has been working at RR Agroflorestal since 2011 acting as a consultant and researcher for multiple companies in Brazil, Colombia and Paraguay.

 

 

 

 

Claudemir Buona: Graduated in Forest Engineering from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (FCA) – UNESP, Campus of Botucatu (SP), in 1998. He developed his undergraduate studies with a focus on technology for the establishment of eucalyptus forests for pulp and paper, charcoal and sawmilling. He leads the development and implementation of municipal projects for job and income generation. He offers expert consulting in finance and business management focusing on strategic planning and business plans for agribusiness companies.

 

 

 

Claudio Roberto Ribeiro da Silva: Foresty technician graduated in Environmental Management from UNILINS. He was the responsible technician on the research nursery of the Natural Resources Department, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, São Paulo State University (UNESP). He develops research activities and assessment in the development of substrates, management, structure, and nutrition of nurseries for the production of forest seedlings in different regions of Brazil since 1982.

 

 

 

Larissa Fernanda Muniz: received a degree in Agronomy in 2016, followed by a Master’s degree in 2019 and a Ph.D. in 2019, all obtained at Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (ESALQ) – USP. She developed research in the field of histopathology during her undergraduate and master’s program. During her Ph.D., under the orientation of Professor Durval Dourado Neto, she worked in the field of sugarcane development and growth using different types of planting material. Since 2021, she has been working at RR Agroflorestal with research, data analysis, and consulting in the areas of seedling production of various species and silviculture.

 

 

Julio Aparecido Lara Lavorenti: Forest engineer graduate from the São Paulo State University “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” (UNESP) in 2021. He has been working at RR Agroflorestal since 2022 in the field of plant nutrition research. In 2025, he began a postgraduate specialization in Soil and Plant Nutrition at ESALQ/USP.

 

 

 

Engenheiro Agrônomo e Doutor em Fitopatologia pela UFLA (2016), com experiência internacional, tendo atuado como pesquisador na University of Georgia (EUA, 2014–2015) e na Universidade Hebraica de Jerusalém (Israel, 2017–2019). Desde 2020, atua no setor florestal, com passagem por multinacionais de grande porte, com ênfase em Nutrição e Proteção florestal, Qualidade operacional e Melhoramento genético, integrando rigor científico, inovação e foco em resultados sustentáveis.
